Lee H. Roistacher’s practice is focused on representation of public and private clients in complex civil litigation. He also works with the appellate practice group. Roistacher has experience in state and federal courts at the both the trial and appellate levels.
Roistacher received his J.D. from the California Western School of Law where he earned numerous American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence, and served as a writer and editor for the California Western Law Review. Prior to joining Daley & Heft in 1996, he served as an Extern to the Honorable David Thompson at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
