Richard J. Schneider focuses his practice on a variety of civil litigation areas, including actions involving public and quasi-public agencies. He has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts.
As an active member of the community, Schneider is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, every United States District Court in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. Schneider received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota before receiving his J.D. from the University of San Diego.
