Kristina L. Gagné is a member of the firm's civil litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on public entity defense, personal injury, and employment litigation.
Gagné has experience as a former Deputy City Attorney for the City of Escondido. Prior to beginning her law practice, Gagné graduated with a dual degree in Pre-Law and Political Science from the University of the Pacific. She then graduated with a law degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. Gagné is active in the community as a volunteer with Voices for Children. She is also a dedicated member of the firm's softball team.
