Diana Lerma practices civil litigation including tort liability, personal injury and insurance defense.
Lerma started at Daley & Heft as a law school intern. She became an associate in November 2008. During law school Lerma was the supervising law student at the Community Law Project, a medical-legal collaboration between California Western School of Law and the University of California San Diego Medical School. In Fall 2008 Lerma placed on the Dean’s List and she received the Judge Judy Keep Award for her commitment to the Community Law Project. She is fluent in Spanish.
