Athena Troy’s practice focuses on counseling and defending public and private clients on a wide variety of matters, including labor and employment litigation, contracts, and public entity representation.
Ms. Troy is a 2008 cum laude graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school she served as an extern for the Honorable Leo S. Papas, retired Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
