Samantha Flather is a member of the firm's civil litigation practice group. Prior to joining Daley & Heft, Flather practiced complex commercial litigation in San Francisco. Flather specialized in insurance coverage disputes concerning toxic torts and environmental pollution. Flather's practice focused on multi-party disputes involving Fortune 500 companies.
Flather attended the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Flather clerked for the Honorable Leonard D. Wexler of the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. |
